MGEN, the French leading mutual health insurance company, turned to Minale Design Strategy to renovate it's optic & hearing outlet.
Challenge
Objectives were to:
• Optimise the visibility of the store by creating an enticing shop front
• Determine an efficient and comfortable path through the store
• Showcase the quality of service through a newly organised space
• Clarify the range available by optimising the categorisation & presentation of products
• Define a tone of voice for communication that is approachable, direct and friendly
Solution
Explicitly making its voice heard in a didactic, clear and transparent way. A colour palette of soft shades and natural materials creates a welcoming atmosphere. Specially designed spaces where experienced professionals take the time to welcome and advise each visitor.
